To be honest we are questioning your cheapness after all, we
heard you over paid!

Never drink alone
Always negotiate price
If ask for a donation remember "You gave at the office"
Card Carrying members are also considered mentors, other should respect
them and listen.

Only your name and city, state and club status will be listed, you know
who you are.
If this list gets real long we'll break it down to states.

Honorable Cheapskate is a special status and is only issued to specially
deserving people.
We honor people with a FREE MEMBERSHIP CARD who are really
cheap and deserving of special respect from other
club members. These honorable folks know how to be frugal. Not many of these
members are around so if you see one show some respect and
listen to them, they are wise and especially cheap, you can
learn from them.
Honorables' must be nominated for consideration, then a
committee will decide if they really deserve a free card.
The demands on members is easy;
Be a proud frugal cheapskate and tell others
Show your card to others proving you are a card carrying member.
They will be jealous of you.
Always try to mentor folks in the frugal ways.
